- November 2012: Creation of PASMAN
- January 2013: Acquisition of a TRELEC business unit covering 3 product ranges (Terminal blocks, connectors and specific products)
- March 2014: Installation in new modern and efficient premises in Evres (listed Tours 37000)
-August 2017: PASMAN acquires SIMME in order to benefit from its experience in plastic injection.
-August 2019: End of SIMME's move to the PASMAN site in Esvres
